Press kit
Everything here is a direct download. No email, no form, no key request to write. If you need something that is not on this page — a build, the 1080p trailer master, a different capsule size, a specific screenshot — say so and it will be sent.
The zip holds the screenshots at 1920×1080, every Steam capsule size, the key art, the wordmark and the app icon. The trailer sits beside it rather than inside it, because a 28 MB file will not deploy.

What it is, in one paragraph
Catacrawl is a fast 2D action roguelike about a cat and a horde that never stops. You stand at the centre of the screen and everything that has ever chased a cat comes at you from every side — the desert sends jackals, vultures, scorpions and a coyote pack, and the Abyss is a house: a haunted vacuum cleaner that drags you toward its nozzle, a spray bottle, a shower head, balloons that pop, a man with a new year rocket. A run is ten to fourteen minutes and ends with a boss. In between you hold ground, escort a stray, break a ritual, and pick a card every time you level.
Early Access ships three stages, three cats with three skill trees each, seven bosses, seven kinds of side quest, loot with affixes and uniques, three difficulties per stage and public leaderboards per rung. Two more stages (a museum and a social-media feed) are in development and come later in Early Access.
Screenshots
These three are the Early Access stages. The zip has twenty-two stills at
full resolution; the ones named white_cube and the_feed show the two
stages that come later in Early Access, not the launch build.

Bosses
Seven in Early Access, more with the later stages, each with its own animation set per attack and its own way of arriving — out of the ground, out of the sky, out of thin air, or by waking up where it was already standing.
